Learning at Shivalik Academy

How we teach

Thinking skills first — then syllabus, streams, and board readiness.

Teaching students how to learn is just as important as teaching them what to learn. We encourage our students to think for themselves, ask questions and pursue their interests through various opportunities provided in the school campus.

Continuous development in teaching methodologies and pedagogical planning is done to stimulate students’ interests and understanding for better knowledge as they need to compete in the fast-changing 21st century global world. Teachers strive to make the classes as interactive as possible and use different methods to get the best out of each student. Various learning methods such as collaborative learning, reflective learning, experiential learning, and many other methods are incorporated for the better learning experience of the children.
